Refund Policy

Every care is taken to insure that your gift & collectible is received in excellent condition.

In the event that an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately.

Gifts received in a Broken Condition need to be returned with all pieces & will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Credits & Refunds are handled on an individual case by case basis.
